The Falcon 900LX, certified in 2011, is the only tri-engine private jet currently in production, along with its bigger counterpart the Falcon 7X. On top of the obvious peace of mind provided by the extra safety coming from the additional engine, it also enables it to fly slower on approach than its twinjet competitors thus granting access to airports with shorter runways such as La Môle - Saint - Tropez.
With a range of 8,800 kilometers, you get to connect non-stop Tahiti and Mexico or Stuttgart and Cuba. The spacious and quiet cabin is divided in three distinct zones for work, rest and relaxation. Although quite similar from an exterior point of view to the 7X, you can differantiate them on the runway thanks to the number of side windows - 12 vs 14 - that provide plenty of natural light for a nice atmosphere.
